Welcome to My New Website
I’m excited to share this new chapter of my artistic journey with you. From my newly established studio, I’ve been deeply immersed in abstract watercolor—exploring the fluid boundaries of color, shape, and emotion. This body of work is both a visual and emotional investigation, where white space becomes essential: a place for the art—and the viewer—to breathe, to pause, and to feel.
Each piece begins with broken glass, which I use not only as a tool but as a metaphor. The shards guide the movement of pigment, allowing color to flow unpredictably and settle into organic, often unrepeatable forms. The fractures create space and structure, leaving behind gaps that hold as much meaning as the painted areas. These white spaces are moments of stillness and reflection, highlighting the balance between chaos and clarity.
The glass also speaks to the fragility and fragmentation of our current world. Within the cracks, I find—and hope to share—a quiet beauty, a tension, and a kind of resilience. My process is both intuitive and intentional: I follow where the materials lead while staying grounded in an awareness of contrast, rhythm, and emotional tone.
Through this evolving series, I invite you to experience not just color, but the spaces between. To slow down, to reflect, and to explore what exists between structure and dissolution, presence and absence, fracture and flow.
